Contact cleaner is a very versatile substance which should still be handled with care even in the lowest toxicity. Gloves and protective goggles are recommended during handling. The area of use should be well ventilated to reduce the concentration of fumes in the air. When cleaning a surface, be certain the product used matches the type of surface being cleaned. Wear gloves, goggles, or other necessary protective gear while using these substances. Apply a solvent designed to remove the grime effectively but with the lowest VOC count possible. Take actions to increase ventilation, ensure proper handling, and eliminate VOC release.
